Cara, o sanduíche de ragu deles é uma coisa de outro mundo! A carne é super saborosa, e as especiarias da casa dão um toque especial, sabe? Uma delícia! Aí, pra acompanhar, pedi um café especial, daqueles feitos na Hario 60. Experimentei o "Rio Brilhante", e meu Deus, que café bom! Sou fã de café especial, e esse me conquistou de verdade. Pra finalizar, minha mãe e eu dividimos um éclair banoffe de sobremesa. Que sobremesa maravilhosa! Nunca tinha comido nada igual, o sabor é simplesmente perfeito. Sério, o Alassio é um lugar que me surpreendeu em cada detalhe. Comida deliciosa, café de qualidade e sobremesa incrível. Vale muito a pena conhecer!

O Alassio Café é meu lugar favorito em Passo Fundo. Sou cliente desde 2023, bem no comecinho e, antes de ser tão famoso quanto é hoje, já era especial! Tudo é absolutamente impecável: ambiente, cardápio, atendimento, a playlist… difícil dizer o que amo mais O Sanduíche Melt atualmente é o meu preferido e sou louca por todos os doces, incapaz de escolher o melhor! A área externa é linda e, no inverno, com a lareira acesa o espaço se torna ainda mais aconchegante. É uma experiência maravilhosa e que eu indico sempre! Vale muito a pena conhecer e se apaixonar.

Comida: a base do cardápio é pão ovo e algum acompanhamento, carne desfiada, bacon, etc. Os cafés são muito bons. A cozinha funciona apenas até as 18:45, apesar do local ficar aberto até as 19:00. Possuem tortas de diversos sabores expostas no expositor, preço é um pouco salgado. O ambiente é bem agradável e aconchegante, possui um espaço considerável. O atendimento é bom, apesar dos funcionários parecem um pouco perdidos ou relapsos, fomos bem atendidos.
